When you don't have water, it's nice to get prompt service. But our service went beyond prompt. Our service person was friendly, didn't mind answering my questions and offered some extra advice on another issue we were experiencing. Thank you for excellent service!

I called @8 am and left a message because I came home from work the night before and had no water. The company I had used previously went out of business. This company was recommended to me by someone on Facebook. Laura Carter returned my message within 15 minutes and said someone would come right out. I wasn't really expecting that since I am a new customer The service guy was very knowledgeable and efficient. My water and pump was back running in less than an hour.
